Keira is everything a great leader should be. She gives it her all every day and always maintains a positive attitude. She lifts her teammates up, encouraging them in the hard times and celebrating with them in the good times. She puts in extra work for choreography and is the first to offer a helping hand to her teammates and coaches. On top of all that, she is a phenomenal dancer!

Logan Douangdy

Rochester Century High School – Junior

Logan is an inspiration to his teammates and coaches as he has battled through tough times with heart and determination. He shows quiet leadership through hard work, dedication and willingness to make sacrifices for his team. He is willing to help out at every turn, whether it's fundraising, cleaning mats or giving rides to younger wrestlers. The team is lucky to have him as a role model on and off the mat.

Brady has developed into a strong, positive role model for younger kids and he takes every moment to recognize them when possible. He works hard in the offseason and sets high goals for himself to achieve. His success is a direct reflection of goal setting and doing the little things right.

Noah has overcome many injuries to continue playing the sports he loves. While dealing with knee injuries he continued to attend practice even when he could not participate. A captain of the football and hockey teams, Noah is soft-spoken and leads by example. No one ever speaks poorly of Noah, who is the great-grandson of International Falls native and college football and NFL Hall of Famer Bronko Nagurski.

Josie is a four-year captain who is coachable, motivated, hard-working and respectful. She has a strong work ethic and sees the best in everyone. She is hands on with every task, goal, competition, practice, etc.  She is upbeat at all times and always encourages her teammates to keep pushing for their goals.

Faith, a great student and exceptional athlete, excels in volleyball, basketball and softball, is a member of competition band and choir groups, student council, National Honor Society and FCCLA and is active in many areas of the community and her church. She is captain for basketball and softball and is a nominee for the AAA award. Her leadership is second to none.

Kylee is a standout in both athletics and academics. She works hard every day making sure to always help others and she encourages her teammates at all levels. Kylee cares about every girl on the team and makes sure they feel welcome each day. She is always willing to put in the extra work necessary to be the best she can be.

Max is an exceptional athlete, excelling in football, basketball and golf, and also is a member of band and choir groups, is the student council president, member of National Honor Society, a straight A student, and active in many community areas. His leadership is second to none. Max is described by his teachers and coaches as an outstanding student, athlete and leader.

Rylee Haala

Cedar Mountain High School – Junior

Rylee comes to practice every day with a great attitude and always gives his best effort. He encourages teammates and holds them to a high standard. Rylee has a terrific work ethic and sets the bar for what is expected. He also helps out at community events and is always willing to assist others. He exemplifies what being a great teammate is all about. He works hard, always has a great attitude and always puts the team first.
